Will the G in G-Force stand for gurgle?

At first glance it sounds like a frankly barking idea – Alton Towers is in the early stages of planning to build the world's first baby rollercoaster. The Giant Gurgle will stand just two metres off the ground and will allow parents to walk alongside their infants as they take the ride at a stately 2 mph.

‘Morwenna Angove from Alton Towers explained the thought process behind the ride. 'Project ‘Giant Gurgle’ is the latest concept to be considered and would fit perfectly amongst attractions already aimed at our younger guests, such as the Driving School and Heave Ho'.

The ride will take just 67 seconds to complete and is expected to mimic the movement of a pram in motion.
