Oscar-winner's plane journey with baby

It's always nice to hear a celebrity parent story which shows that no matter how rich and famous you are, your kids can still show you up. Today it's the turn of Oscar-nominated actress Naomi Watts who's been talking about the classic airplane experience of the screaming baby. Watts had flown from Australia to Los Angeles with her seven-month old son Sasha and by the sound of it, wasn't the most popular person on the plane.'

Fortunately, I can fly first class these days. The baby's with me, but he started screaming the minute we got on the plane and didn't stop for a good 40 minutes,' she told her interviewer. 'People literally stood out of their seats and gave me glaring eyes. I think they just feel a little pissed off that they spent [so much money] on a flight and they have to listen to that.' Asked whether she resorted to drugs to keep the little one quiet, Watts responded: ' No, he's too young for that! I put him on the boob.'
