Oops... has she done it again? Britney Spears pregnancy rumours keep on coming

Maybe she's lonely. Maybe her mansion feels empty without Sean Preston and Jayden James. Whatever it is, the rumours are flying that Britney Spears is expecting another child.

Some might say that the 'troubled' singer should concentrate on getting to her drug tests on time, but according to US magazine In Touch Weekly, Britney was emailing ultrasound scans to her friends weeks ago. The same publication claims music producer JR Rotem - one of the putative fathers - confirmed the pregnancy via a conversation on his Blackberry, although he hastily issued a statement denying it.

The News of the World, meanwhile, claims the father is a dancer named 'Chuck' and quoted one of those 'sources close to Britney' as saying 'the pregnancy is the last thing she needs right now'.

Certainly, photographs of the star showed her looking pale and fragile this week. Could it be morning sickness, or could it just be her hectic lifestyle taking its toll? Whatever the cause, life for Britney is never dull - if you believe everything the papers say.

In the past seven days alone, she has allegedly threatened to release a video of Paris Hilton in a compromising position with a mutual friend, kitted out a room in her mansion as a kinky sex dungeon, been on a shoplifting spree and bagged a cheap cigarette lighter, and been seen screaming hysterically and driving off after a surprise visit to ex-husband Kevin Federline went wrong.

Meanwhile, welfare investigators at the Los Angeles' Department of Children and Family Services have expressed 'concerns' about her parenting abilities but this isn't stopping K-Fed allowing the boys to spend Christmas with their mum.
