A drunken father, who forgot where he left his eight-year-old son, cost the taxpayer
thousands of pounds when he set off a massive manhunt. Miguel Di Palma from Preston
reported his young son missing in the early hours of the morning. The problem was that in his
inebriated state, he'd forgotten that he'd dropped his son off at a friend's house.
