As parents across the UK get used to the idea that all children under 12 should now be using an appropriate child car seat, one parent in particular has decided to speak out against the Nanny State. We speak of none other than MP for Henley, Boris Johnson, who in an inspired piece of blogging for The Daily Telegraph has encapsulated the horrors of the child car seat and his response to the new law.
