Parents warned to keep babies and toddlers cool

boy in sunshineAs the mercury rises in barometers across the UK, parents are being warned by the government to keep their kids cool. 'Heat Kills,' is the stark warning issued by the Department of Health, which urges parents to make sure children are kept out of the sun, wear cool clothes and drink plenty of water and fruit juice.

The early signs of heat exhaustion are as follows:

Headaches

Dizziness

Nausea

Vomiting

Cramps

Pale Skin

High temperature
