Stella names new baby after her mum

Stella McCartney has given birth to a second child, her first daughter and has given the baby the name of her late mother Linda.

Designer Stella chose the name as a tribute to her mother who died in 1998. The birth of baby Bailey Linda Olwyn means that Stella's dad Sir Paul McCartney is now a grandfather four times over.

A spokesperson for Stella and her husband Alasdhair said that both baby and mother were doing well.
