Pirates star loves watching children's television

You'd think that a big screen star would have better things to do with his time than be glued to the small screen watching children's television. But Johnny Depp is apparently an avid fan of the programmes aimed at a younger audience.

In an interview this week, the Pirates of the Caribbean star admits that there's a particular downside to watching his children grow up. 'I'm a little disappointed that my kids are growing out of the Teletubbies and The Wiggles, because I want to continue watching them!' he said.

Although his place of work might be Hollywood, Depp prefers the simple family life in France with wife Vanessa Paradis and his two children. And, like most parents, his wishes for his kids are pretty simple, 'a perfect life, perfect happiness and perfect health - perfect everything.'
