LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Website has been created and is hosted in the United Kingdom. These terms and conditions (and
accordingly all visits to this Website) shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England will
have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions.
RULES FOR ALL RAISINGKIDS COMPETITIONS
1. Entrants must provide their name and email details when entering competitions plus any additional
information as included in the competition details.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. Competitions are free to enter and are open to Raisingkids Members over 18 years of age who are UK
residents only (overseas players are not eligible).
4.The deadline for receiving entries will be included in the competition details. Competitions must be entered
via the appropriate page on the www.raisingkids.co.uk website. Results will be announced by email in the
next Raisingkids newsletter after the competition closes.
5. Prizewinners must contact Raisingkids (with their correct postal address if required) in order to claim their
prizes. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days or they will be forfeited.
6. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
7. There will be no cash alternatives.
8. Raisingkids Ltd. do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of
receipt.
9. Players must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No
responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
10. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Raisingkids Ltd. or any person directly or
indirectly involved in the organisation, sponsorship or running of the competition, or their direct family
members.
11. The Editor's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence
will be entered into.
12. Raisingkids Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in our
opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.

Raisingkids Online Shopping: General Conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must be over 18 years of age to place
an order through this website. In placing an order you are making an offer to purchase subject to these
terms and conditions. Once we have despatched an order confirmation by email to you, we will deem this a
binding contract. Each order will be a separate contract. If we fail to enforce one or more of these terms and
conditions, we do not waive our right to enforce any of those remaining. The laws of England and Wales shall
govern any contract between us. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively within the courts of England and
Wales.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: Returns, Refunds & Replacements
You should inspect the goods when they arrive to ensure they are correct in type and quantity, and have
arrived in good condition. You may contact us at service@raisingkids.co.uk or phone our Customer Services
line on 020 8883 8621 to inform us of any goods that are faulty, damaged or not required.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: If Goods Are Not Required
You must inform us by email (service@raisingkids.co.uk) or phone our Customer Services line on 020 8883
8621 within 7 working days of receipt if you wish to return goods. We wiil refund your money within 30 days
of notification. We reserve the right to charge you for all costs of carriage plus 15% of the value of the
goods to cover our administration costs. We will either arrange for the goods to be collected or request that
you return them. If we arrange collection we reserve the right to charge you for the carriage. If we agree for
you to return the goods, they must be returned to us within a further 7 days. The goods should be returned
in resaleable condition, in their original packaging. Returns can only be accepted on perishable items if you
have received the goods in faulty condition, and on sealed items (for example, audio or video recordings or
computer software or supplies), if they have not been unsealed.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: If Goods Have Been Damaged In Transit
You must inform us within 7 working days of receipt if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. If you
choose to be refunded and a delivery charge was made for your order, this will also be refunded. If goods
returned are not found to be damaged, the terms for 'If Goods Are Not Required' (as outlined above) will
apply. If goods returned are not found to be damaged, they will be returned to you and we reserve the right
to charge you for all carriage costs plus 15% of the value of the goods to cover our administration costs.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: If Goods Are Faulty Or Not Of Merchantable Quality
You must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the goods if you wish to claim a refund or replacement.
If goods are faulty, we will refund your money in full within 30 days. The procedure for making a claim under
guarantee outside this period is detailed below.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: Stock Issues
If you do not receive the type or quantity of goods ordered due to an error or omission on our part, we will
arrange for the correct order to be delivered to you, usually within 7 working days, as stocks permit. You
must notify us within 7 working days of receipt if an order is incorrect or incomplete. You must also ensure
that any goods supplied in error or in excess of your order are returned in as-new resaleable condition in their
original unmarked packaging. We reserve the right to charge you for any goods delivered in error where you
have not followed these conditions. Goods are sold subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for
any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods.
However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do
not supply goods. If goods are not in stock we will inform you that they have been placed on backorder, and
either agree a new delivery date or at your discretion remove the items(s) from your order. In addition, you
will have the right to cancel any backorder that has not yet been supplied, up until 5pm on the day prior to
expected delivery. We will refund any payment that has already been made for those goods and any delivery
charges applicable, on the day of cancellation. There will usually be no additional charge for delivery of
backorders.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: Delivery
We will generally deliver orders within 7 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. You should
ensure someone is available to sign for your order.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: Ownership
You will become the owner of goods only once we have received payment in full for the goods and any
delivery charges associated with the order. We reserve the right of tracing, where goods have not been paid
for in full. You will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. If you delay
the delivery of goods to you, our responsibility for them ends at the time of the first attempted delivery.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: Prices & Payment
The price you will pay for the goods is that which prevails at the time you place your order. We reserve the
right to change prices without prior notice, to reflect alterations in our suppliers' prices and/or changes in
taxes and duties. If prices on the raisingkids.co.uk website are not correct due to any errors or omissions on
our part, we will inform you of the correct price and you will have the right to amend or cancel your order. In
the case of a mistake (within the legal definition of the law of mistake), if the goods have already been
delivered, we will give you an opportunity to return the goods and receive a full refund of the price and any
delivery charges you have paid for the goods. Prices shown are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) unless
otherwise stated. Payment in UK pounds sterling will be required at the time of ordering.
Raisingkids Online Shopping: Information on our Website
Our website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and we will not accept any liability for the
accuracy of the information it contains. Information may also be changed or updated without notice. Nothing
on Raisingkids.co.uk shall be construed as a condition, warranty or representation. If you buy goods that are
unsuitable, based on incorrect specifications published on our website, we will accept their return and give a
full refund of the price and any delivery charges you have paid for the goods. You must notify us within 7
days after the day you receive the goods and ensure that they are returned in as-new resaleable condition in
their original unmarked packaging. Returns can only be accepted on perishable items if you have received the
goods in faulty condition, and on sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if they have not

Raisingkids Online Shopping: Product Guarantees
Where a manufacturer supplies a guarantee specific to the product you have purchased, you must complete
the product registration and contact the manufacturer directly in the event of product failure. In most other
cases we will replace goods that are faulty due to defects in materials or workmanship within 1 year of
delivery, however replacement will be entirely at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
