When should a toddler have outgrown nappies? Parenting expert and child
psychologist Dr Pat Spungin, CEO of Raisingkids.co.uk, advises.

My 15 month-old is still in nappies - should I be concerned? Should she
be able to tell me when she wants to go to toilet by now? If not, what
age should I expect it? I'm worried in case I'm being too lax about toilet
training her, and concerned that it'll lead to problems later.
Dr Spungin's advice
Most children are out of nappies between 24 and 36 months. So don't worry
- she's still very young and will probably be in nappies for another year
