As she plays games of make-believe, she gives a running commentary which is now intelligible to the listener. She learns to say her full name and can tell you when she's tired or hungry. She may become upset when people don't understand her, though by the end of her 3rd year, she will be able to make herself understood to strangers. Language
development She listens to stories attentively and demands her favourites over and over again. She knows several nursery rhymes to repeat and sometimes to sing. Stuttering
