Increase your levels of tyrosine (an amino acid which speeds up reaction
time and mental processes) with low-fat, high-protein foods. Paradoxically,
a quick burst of exercise - even running on the spot - will produce endorphins,
raise adrenaline and blood sugar levels, and stimulate your circulation
and metabolism.
